Good and friendly staff.Good surrounding easy to access areas. Everything is nearby. Especially the housekeeping staff was very friendly and she cleaned my room very well. Very good service for her.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, well maintained room. Excellent location.

Breakfast was at a nearby hotel. Only 50 metres away. Good variety of juices and food for breakfast. For a 3 Star hotel, the room size and facilities in the room were good. The room was cleaned daily. Pool on top floor of hotel. Within walking distance to patong beach. Having the market just across the road was a bonus. Many food stalls to choose from. 7Eleven store close also. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money hotel.

I like this place because it's close to many amenities. Food is very easy to find. close to the beach You can walk for only 10 minutes. The staff are lovely and friendly. helpful feel warm and safe Will come back again for sure

Pleasant

Nothing only the location because it gives u location for Indian restaurant which is only 5-10mins walk.

It's not value for money. Staff goes by 6pm so no room service also there is no resturant in the hotel. They give u cupon for breakfast which u need to go near by restaurant for breakfast depending upon the hotel. But remember no Indian breakfast.

The fact the electricity would be off during the night to the point u couldnt even charge the phone. And the swimming pool wasnt as the pictures.

It was ok...

Across from the night market was amazing for have great price delicious food. The room size was excellent, the AC worked so well, room facilities was good, we liked having a fridge etc The staff were so great they were very friendly and let us check in early at no charge! Thank you The view from the pool is excellent Also super quick WIFI!!

The bedhead was held together by sticky tape, the water from the shower was kinda brownish and stained my clothes, and the pool upstairs i assume has been not fixed or maintained in years as no seating, the roof of the building was almost blowing off and banging and missing tiles made it kinda dangerous!!

Perfect location

Location is very nice, 10 mins walk from Patong beach. Right in front of the hotel there is a night market and a bike rent in case you need one. Our room was quite big.

Hotel Malin, met my expectations, I felt very good, it was very safe. The staff was attentive, the care was always very helpful. Rooms very clean daily cleaned. Reception !!! high level of culture and helpful at all times. I highly recommend this Hotel, I will go back there. Paaaa

A good place in patong

Great little hotel located near to the night market and a short walk into town and the beach etc. Reception very friendly and helpful and good swimming pool

Enjoyable stay.

The location was good market straight across shops and restaurants, about 1.8kms to walk to bangla Rd/nightlife but only a short walk to hard rock cafe and hooters, taxi or tuk tuk on corner.

Location. Hotel had helpful friendly staff, rooms were clean,bedding clean towels changed everyday complementary water each day, nice swimming pool although could do with a little spruce up.

Staff were lovely and friendly.

Staff were lovely and friendly. Not very far to walk to the beach and there is a market right opposite. Clean, tidy and pool was nice.

The only things were there are no sun loungers around the pool so you're either in or out. And there was much choice for breakfast. But lovely stay.

Staff were fantastic, Tony and Lek were the best.

Staff were fantastic, Tony and Lek were the best. Really friendly and helpful, great asset to the company. Kitchen staff were also very friendly and rooms were cleaned on time.

The Hotel photo's looked amazing but the hotel was a bit run down when we got there. Management need to spend some money to sort this out and this would be a great stay overall

Excellent cozy hotel for this price with convenient location

Room is really big, also enough space in the wardrobe. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was excellent for me - not too soft not to strong, bedsheets are very fresh and new. Towels are not so new but still very fresh. Area is perfect - night market with local food and souvenirs is in 50 meters, not far from the main beach , maybe 5-10 minutes by walking. And very convenient to go anywhere, you can grab tuktuk or even bike on the road. But this place is still very quiet even the windows are looking on the street.

The breakfast is a bit poor but you can order other food for additional money. Very inconvenient door key which is joined together with safety box key. So if you need to open the safety box at night - you can't do it because electricity doesn't work without card but the safety box in wardrobe and you can't see nothing. As for me I already have a habit just to close the door and go and it might be locked automatically but here you need to use the key, that's why couple times I forgot to close it.
